edit: they're all happy because the SCOTUS may hear the complaint about Obama's birth certificate. Last I heard President-Elect Obama was born in Hawaii. Hawaii was admitted to the Union in 1959. His mother was an American and grew up in the U.S. She birthed Obama and Obama is a citizen. My cousin and his Jamaican love had a baby. She came here to give birth and is a citizen of the U.S. I still don't see what the problem is.
