We didn't outlaw the "natives", we outlawed their savage behavior. It seems to me the day is coming again for white men to don their collective cowboy hats and maybe learn to play a new game--cowboys and asians as well as cowboys and mestizos.
Sounds kind of fun, to me.

Uh 'loconocomprehendre666'; Many cowboys were black, Mexican, Indigenous American, etc. and cowboys of all ethnicities were not the "moral, squeaky-clean, church-going, 'always brush your teeth, kids', Lone Ranger/Tom Mix/Roy Rogers" guys you envision. They were, more often than not, hard-living, filthy, foul-mouthed, brutish, promiscuous, "un-churched" kind of guys.
And the Indigamericans were no more "savage" than anyone else. Some early explorers even described their societies as being something a bit more noble (whenever they wrote approvingly or not doesn't matter). Some whites even decided to "Go Native" because they saw that the Indigenous people actually lived better (this is the most likely solution to the so-called 'Lost Roanoke Colony Mystery').

By "savage behaviour" did you mean resisting to try to preserve their societies or simply existing on prime land?

The Spaniards even were amazed that they had a healthy diet (their was only bread, pork, cheese and wine, while the Americans had more of a variety in veggies) and the fact that they bathed daily .

As a Mexican, I find this to be incredibly.. Hmm. Racist. America belongs to everybody, men and women, gay and straight, of all religions, and all ethnicities. What was founded on the backs of immigrants cannot then turn its back on immigrants.
ALSO! America belonged first to the Native Americans, who then kindly sheltered and taught us. It was then that the American settlers turned into the real savages. The English brought all hostility upon themselves.
The funny thing is, the "savages" were more civilized than any of the far-right goons on TV shows and internet blogs.
And when I say "more", I mean "a fucking lot more".

Have you ever sat through a single history lession? I know American history better than you do, it seems, and I'm Swedish. Do you even know where Sweden IS? No, it's not in central Europe; that's Switzerland.
