There have been a few, but they've mostly been Catholic ones; it's been more the celebrity paedos exposed via Operation Ore, and post-Jimmy Savile, Operation Yewtree: Gary Glitter, Max Clifford & Rolf Harris being the most prominent, and catastrophic downfalls.
The Church of England have no compunction in making it a police matter should it be proved that one of their vicars, bishops etc has been committing such vile acts.

As the Catholic church had all but absolute political power in that country, the fall was all but total there; it showed in the S-SM referendum there a year or so ago. When once the RCC would have had the power to prevent such from happening, they are now politically impotent, thus 62% of people decided legislation, and S-SM became completely legal. But all fundies are: what's stopping them from being exactly like Quakers/Unitarian Universalists/C-of-E Anglicans, and the likes of Mo Farah, respectively? Question: Is Sir Mo Farah a terrorist?
