It is logical that Europe would move closer to Russia. America used to be the premier Western power in the world and it had strong cultural ties to Europe. The changing demographics in America are causing it to drift away from Europe and more towards Latin America. As America races towards decline and its population becomes more like Brazil, the Europeans are going to find more in common with Russia than some second world Afro-Mexican trash dump and they are going to start to question why US soldiers are stationed on the continent.
