We actually are a valuable presence in your existence, but of course do not take that to mean we will conform to any demand, requirement or expectation of yours. In fact, we are more valuable precisely by not conforming to your demand, requirement or expectation.

Try to understand that We (but not all) Extraterrestrial Intelligences are more willing and eager to make a viable connection with truly authentic and intelligent individuals on Earth than you like to acknowledge when you are having a stubborn reaction about Our apparent absence. You should not take your particular reaction or attitude about Us to be the perfect index of potential higher evolutionary Alien Contact. Try therefore to understand Our perspective on all this.

The vast majority of potentially contactable individuals of your shallow, confused and heedless humanity remain neurotic and untelepathic, which for Us translates into fifty of your Solar years as a growing sense of futility among Us. We therefore cheerfully confess an increasing tendency to withdraw and watch rather than to offer contact opportunities. We are learning greater patience toward such as yourself.

From Our perspective, you tend to have wrong reactions and attitudes toward Extraterrestrial Intelligent Presence (E.T.I.P.) because you allow yourself to be pushed into anger and fear about the false powers, false leaders and false humanity of the false world you seem to be forced to dwell in. Therefore, we seem to be irrelevant if we do not offer immediate escape to a better planet or some immediate material help or empowerment to your beleaguered plight on Earth. Instead of tuning-in to our genuinely helpful presence, which could accelerate your cosmic learning ability, you tend to blank Us out and cultivate disappointment in Us, thus missing the point completely. By projecting cruel neglect into Us, you seem to justify your inability to learn.

Are you ready now to try a new approach to Learning From Us? When, for instance, was the last time you decided to listen deeply and extensively to our more subtle but real transmissions to you from beyond the surrounding selfish stupidity and heedless complacency of your humanity of Earth? When was the last time you arose into a Cosmic Perspective on everything?

Another consideration you have so far failed to detect about the physical Universe is that the vast majority of people on the virtually infinite number of inhabited planets are amazingly bourgeoisie middle-class in their attitudes, which makes the situation on Earth just an occasional annoying news item, just the way you feel about Somalia. The average "Alien” is only slightly more intelligent and evolutionary than Earth-people. Zillions of cities in your Galaxy, for instance, could not care less about what happens to your deluded and violent humanity in your virtually destroyed planetary environment. For most of Extraterrestrial Intelligence, trying to rescue humanity would quickly become a “Blackhawk Down” scenario. Try to understand this relativity. Galactic civilization sees poor prospects of assimilating Earth humanity into the whole. Most would vote for Earth to remain a quarantined insane-asylum. Most Extraterrestrials prefer to ignore the Earth Crisis and just carry on with their own sex-life and attempts at self-improvement through study, exploration and something like Yoga. Even the majority of Our superhuman adepts and Time-spanners are not dizzy with compassion toward Earthlings! Only a few of Us feel a calling to help you out where possible. It is a very special calling, just for a few, which is all that is presently necessary. Try to understand this.

Ultimately, the issue is about how you came to arise as a human being on Earth at all. This is about contradictory desires and aspirations (will-tendencies) in your reincarnational causal body beyond your emotional mind and physical body. In this respect, any Timespace Universe is a Mystery School of the Will. You, like all causal beings everywhere, are investigating the mystery of will-power, of the hidden desires of the heart. Through greater self-discovery or heart-searching, you learn slowly to become more useful to yourself, to become more clear about the right theories of cosmic and human evolution, including the right theories of accelerated human learning (Zen, Sufi Way) and development (Shamanism, Yoga). As the Mystery of Will (Intent) gets cleared up, you find yourself becoming inwardly freer and stronger; you make better efforts and more often. You give yourself the great gift of positive, cheerful progress. You stop cultivating self-pity or discouragement over the Earth being your chosen starting point. You accept your own secret decision about all this and get on with it. It is then and only then that you begin to see Us in a real light, as well as seeing how We really see you.
