WTF is bally dancing? If he means belly dancing, I'm surprised he didn't even mention the suggestive sexuality of it, as a woman moves similarly when she's making love on top of a man.

If only that were true. Unfortunately, I suspect what he really means is "It's tragic because your tempting outfit has forced me to molest you.". The "leads to more sexual crimes" part is kind of a red flag for victim shaming.

Well, you've shown us you know about as much about belly dance as you do science. Aside from the fact that plenty of female raqs sharqi performers wear full dresses, we don't wear underwear! I can put on my underwear by myself. I can put on a few of my dresses by myself, but my bedlahs usually requires the assistance of at least one other person. I have always wondered he chose to live on Guam as opposed to, say, Alaska, if he has such problems with seeing other people's flesh. DJS may not be as sincere or free of hypocrisy as he would like us to think.
