We don’t need to go around trying to fix people or overcome world problems that God wants to exist. There is supposed to be poverty, hunger, sickness, suffering, and violence in this world. “World peace” is a slogan that Satan came up with in order to get us distracted from God’s priorities.

So we should ignore all the bits of the Bible where God tells us to do something about healing the sick, feeding the hungry and making peace. I don't know where Anna Diehl's god comes from, but it isn't the one in the Prophets, nor does it sound like Jesus.
If your god want there to be poverty, hunger, sickness, suffering, and violence, then he is a monster who needs to be opposed, and his efforts thwarted. Go fix these things, and tell your god to fuck himself.
Sounds like yet another attempt to rationalize protecting someone who has abused you all your life. Anna, expose them and get help. Stop being held prisoner by the lies they fed you to keep you in their control and live your life. They weren't God, they weren't right, and they weren't strong. They needed you to be less than dirt just to get through the day and they needed it to be your fault.
