Don't the Harps in Revelation 14:2 Authorize Instruments of Music in Worship? No. This is highly symbolic SECRET language to Christians who understood the pagan belief that earthly music and instruments were made of SPIRITUAL stuff. The revelation of God is to enable us to worship the SPIRIT God and to prevent us from worshipping what He created. However, secular men insist upon worshipping the works of other men's hands and speaking their "revelations" in song and sermon to other "prophets" rather than as messengers from God to the lost.

God in Christ is never silent: that is because no mankind has any ability to draw God closer or make believers any more spiritual. That would smack of sorcery as John warns. The Church is defined by Christ in a future sense in the prophets: that is why Peter specified the prophets and the prophecies made more perfect as the only thing that can cause the day star to arise in our heart. The evil day star is called Lucifer which Christ defined as a singing and harp playing prostitute in the garden of Eden.

Those promoting musical machines when Jesus comes to be our only Teacher never look beyond a few phrases or verses and always ignore the context. Take a look at Revelation 5 which only those with a need to know can read. The only clear significance of the ELDERS are those who usurped the throne of God by demanding a king like the nations: God knew that they wanted to worship like the nations. They had already been abandoned to the national (Babylonian) sacrificial system because of musical idolatry at Mount Sinai. The use of the Levite musicians under the king and commanders of the Army intended to typically prove their superiority to God. Perhaps they can throw down their crowns.
