Yes, they're too many false accusations it seems, plus they want it of course, after leading on men and such for centuries. From the beginning of humanity, before laws, rape only allowed humanity to thrive, unlike murder. Sex gives life, murder gives death, very simple concept thinking literally.

OK, murder does not allow humanity to thrive.
But as the Pharaoh said regarding a certain would-be-motherfucker, Victor's death would be no loss.

As if there were never any women who wanted sex.
And if we were robots invulnerable to things like mental trauma, rape wasn't often physically damaging and rapists didn't often become increasingly violent to the point of murdering their victims then you'd almost have a point. Similarly, if fire closed wounds and cured cancer then you might have a point in advocating setting hospitals on fire.

Rape is to sex what murder is to clay pigeon shooting - yes, the tool is the same, but the way you use it suddenly makes the consequences a lot less pleasant.
People who've actually done the maths, say that false accusations are so few they are hardly measurable. It's quite the opposite; rape is an incredibly under-reported crime; as the court procedure can feel like being raped one more time, most survivors can't bear to report the crime.
Rape has probably always been against laws and rules. First, it was a destabilizing thing for the community, and most rapists were probably ostracized. Later, when men began to see women as property, rape was in effect stealing another man's property, and thus often carried heavy penalties.
Sex gives bonding, comfort, relaxation and harmony. Only rarely does it give life.
Rape and murder give conflict, strife, disharmony and death.
You're too simple-minded to be able to think literally, Vickie.
"very simple concept thinking literally"
Only for people who have no sense of empathy, a not very well hidden desire to be a rapist, and a lack of understanding of the concept of consequences.
In other words, an asshole.

Actually, when properly applied, fire does close wounds and cures cancer. But yeah setting the hospital on fire isn't applying it correctly.
So, no, rape isn't like fire. Fire can be useful.
Yes, I can see that you relate more to the archetypal caveman-dragging-woman-by-her-hair, since the civilized alternative, charm, is beyond your scope. Here's a little evolutionary tidbit for you ....women (like men) evolved to LIKE sex. But evolution also suggests that they should choose the best partners with whom to have sex. Apparently you don't meet that criterion.
"after leading on men and such for centuries"
Men AND SUCH? What the hell is 'and such' in the context of women leading them on? What porn is this guy watching that has 'and such' scenes? What do you think the competition is, Victor!?
Confused?
