Heck; When it comes to Modern Batman movies, I'm more of a "Burton/Schumacher" type person....it still retains the "Camp" factor. I heard that the Schumacher ones were pretty stupid but I wouldn't care too much (I liked the old 1960s TV Series and watched Superfriends as a child). The latest Batman films are too "realistic" for my taste. I prefer my comic book stuff "Comic-Booky". Burton's were dark and well-made but they were still campy and surreal fantasy (though the second one was too morbid. Catwoman was cool but the Penguin should be a funny and dapper fat guy in a nice tux not a black-sluge-spewing mutant in a onesie).
Well; Give me the first two Superman movies. Those were fun and very uplifting.
...and now you know why DC have retconned Harley Quinn as an anti -hero.

With Disney making a sequel featuring The Merc With The Mouth, Warner will no doubt make a 'sequel' to "Suicide Squad": perhaps including Batman.
In which she essentially presents her ex -'Puddin' to the Dark Knight on a platter as it were, so The Joker gets sent right back to Arkham Asylum.
Speaking of which, perhaps in future "Batman: Arkham" games by Rocksteady Studios, Harley will be a character allied to Batman. Tara Strong will be pleased.
