Send a submarine and blow up one ship, that's all it takes and they'll stop coming. We shouldn't rescue them, look at what's happening in Tunisian and Libya, boats go 15 meters out then capsize. Then "Italian" boats ""save"" them and bring them to rape and kill the native Europeans
