How to torture a woman without talking.

Things needed:

A shirt and sweatpants preferably made of cotton, polyester and spandex.

Any tennis shoes, preferably old ones.

A gym membership or local park.

A shelf.

An ugly face.

Procedure: go against normie stereotypes and hit the gym. Put in lots of effort a few hours a day. Preferably some squats, deads, OHP, benches, and cardio. When you go home, put the smelly clothes back into the shelf, don't shower and then go back to the gym and repeat all steps.

Be sure to wear these smelly clothes during your everyday life. Remember, if you are a Chad, women don't care if you smell like shit.
