What would truly be absolutely beautiful is if they ran advertisements on tv offering free DNA collection and analysis services (for multiple uses, obviously), and the promise of HUGE increases in EBT/welfare/etc payments if the recipients were willing to NOT produce niglets. Each niglet discovered to be genetically linked to a nigger "parent" would reduce the amount of money they would get each month.

So we start them off with the amount of money you would give a sheboon with seven bastard children. If it is discovered that a nigger buck or a sow has produced a child, then that payment would be reduced to the amount that they would get if they had SIX bastard children, regardless of whether the buck stayed or not. And so on.

Obviously this would have a disastrous effect on nigger bucks, as they could go through their allotment of seven niglets MUCH faster than sheboons. And to add icing on the cake, their descendants would receive the exact same benefits as their own "parents".

I know this sounds wasteful, BUT... niggers think in the short-term, NOT the long-term, and when they see those dollar bills, they'll be like "gibs me dat abo'shun! I wants me monees!"

The alternative, of course, is unrestricted nigger breeding, and that is, to put it bluntly, far more expensive in the long run.
