So this She boon keeps calling my job to bitch and complain about how delivery service is taking forever. Granted the delivery man is around 60-70 years old and life happens, traffic busy days etc. She calls back 5 times me and 2 other co workers explain to her we are trying to locate the driver and figure it out, I get irritated and hang up on her so she calls back asking why I hung up I ignore her request and just keep putting her on hold.

After moaning and whining after several calls the delivery order is cancelled, she then proceeds to write a very nasty yelp review about me and the place I work at. Not to mention food has been delivered to her many times quickly and without issues, out of all the good service she receives she decides to use yelp to bitch about the one and only late delivery, they are cheap tippers too. Niggers are always complaining and expect top notch service all the time.
