Well, Swedish companies sell weapons to countries oppressing their neighbors; Saudi Arabia for example, so it's not quite as stupid as it sounds.
It's nearly there, though. Mostly it's the religious countries that bomb each other to show that theirs is the One True Deity, of course.

...Nothing since the English Civil War: Catholic vs. Protestant.
Curious how Dim Dong Dumb has yet to threaten us with his 'rockets': and North Korea has a Cult of Personality.
>Church of England: a state religion since the English Civil War
Someone's wrong.
Moral: History class at school. Also, Geography. It's a thing.
@Doubting Thomas:
France involved themselves in Mali quite recently. This doesn't change that this is nonsense and many countries shown here as being responsible for lack of peace in other countries due to bombing have not engaged in conflict recently. Japan, Switzerland and Sweden have not been renowned for their military interventions since WWII. Also, does military interventions necessarily mean that the country of action inherently becomes worse off? Not necessarily. If not for military interventions the situation in Mali could have been much worse, Al Qaeda could have won and subjected the population to death and destruction at the hands of Islamism. Similarly, without intervention, the situations in Kosovo, East Timor and Sierre Leone could have been much worse than it was and they could have been less peaceful today.
Yup, all those Canadian bombings, we`re pretty much a definition of an evil empire by now.
ps. Yes I know there was some stuff about selling our weapon systems to the saudis, hopefully it`s over by now, I do remember we were supposed to end it recently.
Oh, good on ya! I'm glad we got an honourable mention on your graph: one of the least religious, but also the most peaceful countries. Not bad for a bunch of godless convicts. Yay Skippy!
Usually we don't bomb anyone; except in the Middle East, and only when the US tells us to. I notice you have them marked as one of the religious countries, curiouser and curiouser.
Confused?
