There is no such thing as a Section 4(2) of the Contempt of Court Act 1981, and any judge who applies a bogus statute is effectively an enemy of throne and country. We are being controlled by a criminal underworld, there has been no constitutional parliament since 1972, after Queen Elizabeth the Second abdicated the throne when Her parliament of Great Britain placed the realm under the control of a foreign power called the "European Communities". All subsequent elections and parliaments and Acts of Parliament since 1972 have been constitutionally unlawful, this includes the "Contempt of Court Act 1981".

Since Scotland has now violated the Treaty of Union and reformed its own national parliament, the very notion of a "Statute of Great Britain" having any legitimacy in the country of England, is beyond laughable. Tommy Robinson, and all other such protectors of the English people in their country, who are placed in prison, are being unlawfully imprisoned under International law. The judge who has jailed him is technically an "international outlaw", he is neither protected by national municipal law nor international law.

Errrr. So, the EU is basically running the UK, according to him? We wish. That would make morons like him a bit less smug.

Soooo... If I'm reading right, any Great Britain laws which were passed during the time when it was part of the EU have been rendered invalid within England after Brexit because Scotland asserted partial independence during that time. Smells like Freeman-on-the-land or Sovereign Citizen style insane troll logic.

The DUP. They're the only ones keeping Theresa May Not in No. 10 because of their refusal to accept a 'Hard Border' with Ireland: the one thing making even a 'Soft Brexit' all but non-existent; it's why the last vestiges of the Alt-Shite - in the form of UKRAP - is dead; or will be in the next year or less.

Otherwise, where's the support for Nazi Tommy Robinson: who did what he did in breach of his suspended sentence, thus the law dropped on him like a ton of bricks...?!

The 'support' for neo-Nazis became extinct when several members of a neo-Nazi group were arrested late last year; their ilk officially declared terrorists the previous year.

The one responsible - Theresa May Not - is the only one ensuring you Alt-Shitists: and your precious 'Brexit' has any semblance of existence.

Who is the Conservative Home Secretary, Eggberk? Who is the Mayor of London: and which party is he a member of...?!

Unless this berk likes the taste of prison food as much as Tommo Robbingscum: and for far longer, he seems to have an extremely short memory. What Nazi Thomas Mair did to Labour MP Jo Cox; he shouting 'Britain First' whilst doing so.

That's probably the main reason why Theresa May Not & her Conservative government declared neo-Nazis to be terrorists. Also, a question of this berk: Who was it that Theresa bitchslapped after he'd reTweeted in the most retarded example of 'Did Not Do The Research' BS by the leader of Britain First: a neo-Nazi group...?!

4 Contemporary reports of proceedings.
(1)Subject to this section a person is not guilty of contempt of court under the strict liability rule in respect of a fair and accurate report of legal proceedings held in public, published contemporaneously and in good faith.
(2)In any such proceedings the court may, where it appears to be necessary for avoiding a substantial risk of prejudice to the administration of justice in those proceedings, or in any other proceedings pending or imminent, order that the publication of any report of the proceedings, or any part of the proceedings, be postponed for such period as the court thinks necessary for that purpose.

Seems odd to claim something so easily disprovable, but I guess facts don't get in the way of a good conspiracy.
