These males can have sex whenever they want, and they will live perfect lives with their increased intelligence, health, and sexual domination.

The naturally born males will be driven to depression and will have their teenage years filled with anger. As they watch the engineered chads live luxurious lives, they will sit in the shadows. Betas will be treated like subhumans, and will never have sex. Society will tell them that their inability to get laid is their fault, and that they are misogynists. No females will want naturaly born males unless they are naturally Chad, but even natural chads won't be able to compete with the new bioengineered chads.
