We need to pour in as much resources and energy as we can into eugenics and gene engineering programs before the Africans run over the entire world.
Africans cannot manage anything. They aren't genetically predisposed for intellectual activity. Once they take over it will be the end of human technological and scientific advancement as we know it. Forget about robots, AI, cyborgs, eliminating disease and colonizing space.

Fortunately all the other races have higher IQ's on average, and if we can ensure the preservation and advancement of these genes (through eugenics) then we can reverse the effects of miscegenation and race mixing in the first world by tweaking embryo DNA.
