The Left would bring freedom, opportunity and self-determination for everyone with laws only restricting stuff that hurts others, like murder, theft or rape. Just because you want your life decided for you and micromanaged doesn't mean everyone else does. You can personally follow your narrow Judeo-Christian Shariah anytime as much as you want....no one's stopping you.

If you focused on condemning only stuff that truly hurts people, focused on love, kindness and charity and presented "The God of Love" rather than "The God of Wrath" then Christianity would grow by leaps and bounds as the great, holistic, progressive, humanitarian, soul-healing Way of Peace and Salvation it was meant to be.

Granted; It's a bit rash to put Jesus himself (or a cheesy plastic crucifix depicting him) in a jar of urine (when Jesus himself was mostly pretty cool) but the point's still made....Religious Frummery, authoritarianism, killjoyism, bigotry, hatred and hypocrisy will alienate potential believers. Better to spread a faith by stressing Deity's love and yearning to heal, aid, provide guidance & meaning, etc.
