Y'know; About the guy who killed that cop, while it's no doubt tragic, it's sad that folks will look at that and say "Illegals bad!".
There are a number of cases where people from an disadvantaged demographic does something bad and both media and Progs don't want to address it because it might inflame ethnic tensions. One big example is the gruesome Christian/Newsome murders a while back (don't look this one up....PLEASE, DEAR GOD, DON'T! YOU WILL GET SICK AND DEMAND A PILE OF KITTENS AFTER!) which involved a white couple killed by a bunch of black people.
To which I have to ask, why? What's so hard about explaining and stressing that these vile torture-murders don't represent Black people?
Likewise? Why can't it be explicitly explained that one Illegal Immigrant who gunned down a cop doesn't not represent Illegal Immigrants....or that migrant worker who murdered that one lady, recently doesn't represent migrants....or that one Lesbian couple who murderer/suicided their family in their SUV don't represent all gay people?
Where are the great Prog minds creating their own media and such educating people on what Islam is or that most Muslims HATE TERRORISTS and that those monsters responsible for 9/11, Charlie Hebdo, the Arianna Grande concert, etc. don't represent Muslims?
It's not hard to explain that this one jerk doesn't represent the whole. When that idiot used his car as a bowling ball on some protesters in Charlottesville, it didn't get an automatic "OH GAWD! ALL WHITE PEOPLE ARE EVIL!" from everybody. Most instinctively know that "One bad white guy" doesn't equal "All white people".
It's easy to not think of White people as The Borg so why is it so hard to do the same for other groups?
And Far-Rightism and bigotry rises when times are economically tough. Where are the counter-voices that should emerge to try to stop this and provide answers? Again and again, people are falling for the oldest tricks in the book....EVEN IN EUROPE (including Western Europe, where education should be much better in quality).
Why doesn't a big horde of people just jump up and yell, "BLAME UNCLE MONEYBAGS FOR WHY THE ECONOMY IS IN THE CRAPPER!". If people need an other and a scapegoat, The Robber Barron is perfect....
