People-Pleasing Preachers and Pastors

It's clear in the Holy Bible that only God can call men to the position of preachers and pastors, in His ministry. Sadly, we see many men and women who live in open rebellion against God, calling themselves to the roles of preachers and pastors. That is not biblical. This is what God says about the matter:Jeremiah 3:15 (KJV)
15 And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.

Jeremiah 23:1 (KJV)
23 Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! saith the Lord.

Ephesians 4:11-12 (KJV)
11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

Galatians 1:10 (KJV)
For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.?

Colossians 3:23 (KJV)
And whatsoever ye do, do [it] heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;??

Colossians 3:22 (KJV)
Servants, obey in all things [your] masters according to the flesh; not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but in singleness of heart, fearing God:??

Proverbs 29:25 (KJV)
The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the LORD shall be safe.??

Matthew 6:1 (KJV)
Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.

??Romans 12:2 (KJV)
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

??James 4:4 (KJV)
Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.??

Matthew 6:33 (KJV)
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

??2 Timothy 4:3-4 (KJV)
For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.??

Romans 8:31 (KJV)
What shall we then say to these things? If God [be] for us, who [can be] against us?

?Galatians 2:20 (KJV)
I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.??

Colossians 3:24 (KJV)
Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.
