Quote# 15341

Define "nice". In the libleft argot, "nice" is politically correct, atheistic, God-hating, America-loathing, Bush-bashing, spineless, gutless, weak-kneed, appeasing, compromising, surrendering, and treasonous. IOW, "nice" is synonymous with "liberal".

Tiny Bulcher

Let's face it, nobody is ever going to mistake the Doc for a nice person.

Winston Jen

Wow. He didn't say \"fag-loving\".

9/26/2006 10:03:27 AM

I halfway expected that too. He left out us fags. :(

9/26/2006 10:23:36 AM

Funny, I thought Jesus preached that we should be nice to others, not complete arseholes.

And, pfft, it's not as if there's anything wrong with America- or Bush-bashing. If that makes me a \"nice\" \"liberal\", then I guess I'm a nice liberal!

9/26/2006 10:29:57 AM

Actually, a better explanation of nice would be \"love your neighbour as yourself\" (Leviticus 19:18) or \"do unto others as you would have them do unto you.\" (Luke 6:31 – the words of Jesus) or even \"hurt no one so that no one may hurt you\" (the Quran but I don’t remember which section).

9/26/2006 11:18:09 AM

You have no clue what I, or anyone else is thinking, because you are an utter piece of hateful shit. With corn. And peanuts. Just fuck off already.

9/26/2006 11:23:30 AM

And they say that Jesus was a really nice guy...

9/26/2006 11:51:31 AM

Looks like Doomy's suffering from toxic shock syndrome again. I suppose it's bound to happen every so often when you're perpetually on your rags.

9/26/2006 12:06:45 PM

No, \"nice\" is defined as not being an asshole, or at least not being an asshole without damn good reason.

Wolf O'Donnell (SWHQ)

Fundie word redefinition once again.

Fundie Word Definition FTL (for the loss)

9/26/2006 1:08:04 PM

No. Nice is \"not being a dickhead.\" Much easier.

9/26/2006 2:34:55 PM

His last sentence is correct XD

9/26/2006 2:42:54 PM

David D.G.

In that case, \"Doctor Doom,\" have a nice day.

~David D.G.

9/26/2006 2:44:13 PM

That's nice, DD. Now sit down and shut up.

9/26/2006 2:44:34 PM

You gotta give Dr. Doom credit, he's a highly articulate intolerant ignoramus.

Last news guys, Jesus was a liberal. Besides, when Clinton was in power, the anti-Americans were you and I have to remind you Phelps?

9/26/2006 3:34:48 PM

Mister Spak

You left out calling people names.

9/26/2006 4:16:21 PM

\"Last news guys, Jesus was a liberal. Besides, when Clinton was in power, the anti-Americans were you and I have to remind you Phelps?\"

Well, if you look at what he proposed, he would be economically left, but socially authoritarian, but less socially authoritarian than the pharisees.

Napoleon the Clown

Being nice means not shoving your opinions down everyone's throats. Being nice means not being a prick. It has nothing to do with opinions.

-pleasant or pleasing or agreeable in nature or appearance; \"what a nice fellow you are and we all thought you so nasty\"- George Meredith; \"nice manners\"; \"a nice dress\"; \"a nice face\"; \"a nice day\"; \"had a nice time at the party\"; \"the corn and tomatoes are nice today\"
-decent: socially or conventionally correct; refined or virtuous; \"from a decent family\"; \"a nice girl\"
-done with delicacy and skill; \"a nice bit of craft\"; \"a job requiring nice measurements with a micrometer\"; \"a nice shot\"
-dainty: excessively fastidious and easily disgusted; \"too nice about his food to take to camp cooking\"; \"so squeamish he would only touch the toilet handle with his elbow\"
-discriminate: noting distinctions with nicety; \"a discriminating interior designer\"; \"a nice sense of color\"; \"a nice point in the argument\"
-courteous: exhibiting courtesy and politeness; \"a nice gesture\"

Okay, I've read it a couple of times. Where the fuck does it say \"liberal\"?
