Curious, then, how the gay couple (both of whom are adults) living down the hall from me has never made any advances toward the boys also living on the floor. And no, they are not "biding their time," they are just not interested. Why would they be together if they were interested in boys instead? I think it would be much simpler for everyone if pedophilia were considered to be an alternate sexuality. Not gay, not straight, not even bisexual.
