[On abortion] Maybe those women wouldn't commit murder if it was called exactly what it is, genocide.

As opposed to those who wouldn't commit genocide if it were only called what it is, genocide. Oh, wait, they would, since they happily describe it as such.
Besides that, abortion not only is not genocide, it isn't even murder. Please read up on the law.

Even if it was classified as murder legally, if I was impregnated, I'd still have an abortion.
Why?
Because it's my body, fuckwits, and I'm not popping out a screaming, hairless crotchmonkey in a hellish gushing of blood and agony. Fuck that, bitches.
I'll accept as a logical extension, that if you think a fetus is a person, you'd need to call abortion murder, but genocide is not a synonym.
genocide
Pronunciation: 'je-n&-"sId
Function: noun
: the deliberate and systematic destruction of a racial, political, or cultural group
Now, explain how abortion is genocide.
Murder = the cause of relatively little death at any given time.
Genocide = The targeted removal from life of a large demographic of people.
Abortion = Ending the development of a fetus before it is a viable organism outside the womb as an act of mercy so it will not have a shitty life that the parent knows they are not yet ready to provide better than, or so they do not live in a shitty orphanage feeling unwanted.
Actually guys, they're right. We're killing off the people who'd fight for abortion, while those Christians without birth control breed like rabbits to implant their memes among the common people. What are we going to do about this??
Abortion(and homosexuality) are not even mentioned in the Abrahamic religious books.
There is a street in Rome called "the street of tears" because the aborted fetuses of the NUNS were buried there so that the fathers (the Preists) could still be called celibate.
A woman's body is HER property, and not that of a religion that keeps moving the goalposts when painted into a corner.
If it was the removal of people on targeted ethnic, religious and political grounds, which is what genocide is, I daresay the religious right would have a lot less of an issue with it.
Technically it can be called genocide based on age, but age isn't the reason they are killed, so you still fucked up, dipshit
Genocide is the intentional extermination of a political, cultural, or ethnic group. Abortion, though intentional, would in no way exterminate any group, be it political, cultural, or ethnic. Therefore, abortion is not genocide.
REDEFINING WORDS FTW!
If the fundies had a dictionary, what would they call it? What word could be the opposite of dictionary?
@ Michael
...so that the fathers (the Preists) could still be called celibate.
Huh. I always wondered why they call those guys father .
genocide:
noun
the deliberate and systematic extermination of a national, racial, political, or cultural group.
Genocide does not mean what you think it does.
So, you are of course a fierce war opponent? That, if anything, is genocidal. It kills men, women and children, rather indiscriminately, due to all the hardship a war brings with it. More people died during WWII than there is people in Sweden now.
Murder does not mean what you think it means, either. You have to be born, to be able to be murdered.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
