Catholics do NOT worship Mary. And uh...I haven't read a great deal of the Koran, but I'm pretty sure that Muslims do not worship Mary either.
Also? The Queen of Heaven is an ancient reference to the Sumerian goddess Inanna, the Egyptian goddess Isis, and the Hebrew/Moabite goddess Asherah/Ishtar.

just for information: the entire "queen of heaven" thing, and intercession of saints, along with the iconography (ie idolatory) that went with it, was the way that the Xian church, as the newly established state religion, sought to capture the interest of the plebs of the eastern empire, and give them something like what they had under the previous pantheons. Same idea as for all the holy days.
So fundies are technically correct to rail against this stuff, but hypocrites not to accept that it's the only way their depressing religion really took hold

Just because some people asked...Yes, Muslims do revere Mary. They even worship in her shrine in Israel, right alongside Christians. I can see why he'd think they "worship" her. They don't, and neither do Catholics.
