Quote# 40774

(Thread about a video of Barack Obama having an awkward moment where he seems to lose his train of thought during a speech and stammers a bit):

How can people continue to worship and adore this guy? He is the most pathetic speaker I have ever heard!!!! As others have said, how can he be expected to run a country and make hard decisions if a "lack of sleep" has this affect on him? Good grief, I could probably give a better speech, during a severe asthma attack, (minus the use of the "inhalator") than Obama ---- and that isn't saying much, folks.

I have asthma and I don't think kristine knows jack shit about it. In fact, I think she should STFU before KARMA comes around and decides to hand her a big fat case of it.

Thanks, KotH for posting a few Bushisms, tough to add to this thread. There are books, calendars, whole websites dedicated to the stammerings of the Missing Link in the W.H., and McCain could easily add more of the same. Very hard to pick out a few favorites of my own, reference "Dumbass" by Jules Carlysle if you want a sad chuckle or 1400.

Obama stammered once? tsk tsk. Der Schimpanzee does 400 a day.

Obama is a much better speaker than McCain, if you compare their best speeches to one another, and their worst speeches to one another. And lack of sleep has a profound effect on consciousness. Overconfident moron.

Uh huh. These people see Obama misspeak/stammer in one speech and label him a complete imbecile who can't speak before a group of people without a script and teleprompter. Yeah, like he's never, ever spoken without one before now... 9__9()

Talk about grasping at straws.

I know. How could such a horrendous orator follow behind the perfection of the Shrub?

The entire thread is full of ignorance, over reactions and blindness.

These RR people really are off their rockers. Words like "horrified" were used to express reaction to a flub of Obama's. Horrified? Holy hell, what do they say every time the shrub opens his mouth? I know, they don't notice, they're blinded by the glow around his head.

What total and complete whack jobs.

You don't think Obama can run america if he hasn't had a good nights sleep, maybe he has been up all night thinking how to get america to be better and clean up the mess that the brain damaged ex-plonky Bush has left the country in!

@kingoftheheavies: there is a woman in Worcester, MA who has that calendar. My mom was thrilled to pieces when I gave it to her for Christmas. I'm not sure if it has my favorites: nucular and Venzawela.

McCain's oratorical skills are a soporific that puts Tryptophan to shame. (It's my birthday so I'm allowed to use big words to make me look erudite)
