(In the Evolution Debate thread, Wayne keeps trying to prove to us "blind" people that humans are not animals "cuz the bible sez so!)
First,, the bible is the Word of God and the Word of God is Jesus Christ in the flesh....... AND it IS the beginning and the end of all matters. Want the verse that proves it or do you know it? Man is created from the dust of the ground. Show me how I'm wrong biblically.

The bible is a lie, it says so in the koran. Show how I'm wrong koranically.
No, Wayne, the bible is wrong. And I can prove it biblically.
(1) The bible is wrong.
(2) Therefore the bible will contain errors.
(3) The bible says it is not wrong.
(4) But from (1) we know this is incorrect.
(5) Therefore the bible contains an error.
(6) The bible is wrong.
See?
the bible is the Word of God and the Word of God is Jesus Christ in the flesh.
A = B where A is The Bible and B is the Word of God
B = C where C is Jesus Christ in the flesh
Therefore
A = C
The Bible is Jesus Christ in the flesh.
John 6:54
"He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day."
So maybe they should be handing out pages of the Bible instead of the wafers for communion.
What I find hilarious is how little Wayne actual knows about the Bible itself. Of course attempts to educate him fall on deaf ears. It's a fascinating area of study. The politics behind the translations and updates. The changes in wording and languages. Even the removal and rearrangement of many of the books. But none of that means anything to Wayne because to him the Bible, with all it's inconsistencies, errors, and mistakes is the only book for him. He says it's the KJV, but doesn't seem to be able to answer which KJV. I'm not sure he has actually opened the cover and read it. He can find all the quote-mining he has done online. So my thinking is his copy is virginal -- as in never been opened, never had it's spine cracked open to favorite passages, and certainly doesn't have any dog ears or torn pages. Unlike my family Bible that is running on 7 generations and was brought over from Germany nearly a hundred years ago.
Wayne, simply put, you are an idiot.
Stop with the superstitions...
Wayne hasn't read his own Bible.
Ecclesiastes 3:18-22 (King James Version)
18 I said in mine heart concerning the estate of the sons of men, that God might manifest them, and that they might see that they themselves are beasts.
19 For that which befalleth the sons of men befalleth beasts; even one thing befalleth them: as the one dieth, so dieth the other; yea, they have all one breath; so that a man hath no preeminence above a beast: for all is vanity.
20 All go unto one place; all are of the dust, and all turn to dust again.
21 Who knoweth the spirit of man that goeth upward, and the spirit of the beast that goeth downward to the earth?
22 Wherefore I perceive that there is nothing better, than that a man should rejoice in his own works; for that is his portion: for who shall bring him to see what shall be after him?
We are 98% close to animals, and not 1% towards dirt.
Therefore you're wrong....oh wait he said biblically.
"First,, the bible is the Word of God and the Word of God is Jesus Christ in the flesh"
The Bible is printed on pages made of human meat?!
Damn, and I thought your religion was pretty sick before...
There are 11 totally different versions of the creation, all from the same source, all of them babylonian bed-time stories and the one you use was the favorite of the hebrew slaves.
There is not ONE SINGLE VERSE in the bible that has not been mistranslated, misinterpreted or editted so far out of context that the original meanings have been lost.
As my job (for the last 55 years) has been dealing with ancient, pre-biblical, texts, thou speakest a crock of shyte.
You are not wrong biblically, but of course your argument is destroyed by the bible being horseshit. So, factually, you couldn't be more wrong if you tried.
How many more fucking times do we need to point out that just because the bible says it is so does not necessarily make it so?
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
