Pretty dang bad. I think that as Christians we need to prepare ourselves for the worst. They will be killling us left and right if you profess love for Christ and not the Anti-Christ.

Euh, dude ... the last time they slaughtered people for their religion in Vietnam, it was the Buddhist getting killed of by the USA backed roman catholics.
They don't kill christians in China or Vietnam for their religion, just as they didn't kill christians for their religion in the Soviet Union.
Please get of your high horse regarding the "Western" world, for as we all know the shining example of the "western" world doesn't mind a nice bit of torture now and then themselves. The trick is just to don't call it torture, but something else, like "waterboarding".

Why should we? There can't be more than a thousand of you with this kind of religious paranoia.
When the core dies out eventually, you, the majority on the fringe, will snap back into reality. You follow the one with the loudest megaphone, anyway. That and the brightest, shiniest lights.

People who are not members of a religion the Chinese government does not approve of are liable to be tortured and/or killed. (I was thinking primarily of the Falun Gong. The most I know of them is that they're a Christian sect.)
And of course, here in the Western world we don't torture Christians. We torture Muslims, because they're terrorists. Because Bin Laden is (was?) a Muslim terrorist . . . that the US government helped to fund in the 1980s . . . which probably gave him the base he had to be able to attack places across the world, including the US today.
And now the US government is busy pissing off the next and current generation of potentially otherwise-peaceable Muslims in the Middle East and beyond.
Yeah, I mean just this morning, I walked by the Christian Concentration camp, and decided to hang a sandwich over the barb wire fence and watch them try and claw to get it. Oh wait...CHRISTIANS AREN'T FUCKING PERSECUTED HERE.
