Well, if you have ever read Dante's The Divine Comedy, which describes the 9 Circles of Medieval hell, it looks like that Freddy's going straight to Circle 9, for brainwashing his children effectively counts as "Treason to Kin", & his picketing of servicemen's funerals, who died while serving their country, for whatever reason, counts as "Treason to Country"...
Either way it seems that Mr.Phelps is due to spend all eternity, frozen up to his neck in a block of ice, unable to move...
