I saw Mrs. Obama with tears in her eyes. I don't know if they were "real" or not. What came to my mind was that I wondered how Mr. Bidens story touched her but 4,000 innocent developing human beings that are killed everyday isn't a problem. I wonder does she cry for those losses. Her words and actions speak that she does not.

I'm sure the pro-life Govenor Palin personally weeps over each and every aborted fetus, too. Better yet, why not weep over all the innocents (who are actually human and not ambiguously human) being gunned down in Iraq, Afghanistan, etc...
Odd, that's almost how many actual, living people with hopes, dreams, families and friends have died in the Iraq War.

Because their deaths mean nothing. To themselves or others. Without a nervous system to feel pain, they do not suffer in the process, nor lament their loss of life. Without being born, they have no people acquainted with them who will suffer for their perishing, and no social role that will go unfilled in their passing. If you find a fully developed human being that other people are completely unaware of, who have no societal role, will not feel pain, and have no way of caring whether they live or die (either due to being suicidal or just being braindead)there is no real, compelling reason for feeling bad about killing them. Especially when those same humans will be inevitably thrust into a position where they can feel pain, or if they might be causing undue harm to another person due to their very existence.
Anyway: why aren't you crying about the starving and suffering children in other countries, and the sentient victims of war, disease, and genocide, rather than a bunch of potential lifeforms whose "death" harms no one, including the fetuses themselves? A hypocrite if I ever saw one.

4,000 people? Are you referring to the amount of civilians killed in Iraq or the starving Darfur refugees.

The 4,000 + soldiers who have died in this misguided war are a cause of pain and loss for all Americans. I know that Misses Obama and Biden share that feeling with us.
I do object, however, to your characterization of soldiers as "innocent developing human beings." Sounds vaguely insulting, somehow.
I thought there were no innocent human beings? I thought you fundies believed that all humans are inherently sinful and therefore must kiss god/Jesus' ego in order to avoid eternal damnation. Aborted "babies" haven't had that chance yet.

Personally I think a lot of the people on RR are sociopaths anyway, so you guys don't really "feel" any sympathy for ANYONE, you just know which subjects to pretend you care about to fit in with the other crazies. Do you cry for all the unwanted children that ARE born, but die before their fifth birthday, because no-one takes proper care of them?
Do you think the woman with five children should mourn the sixth, the one she didn't have, instead of caring for and loving the ones she has? Ditto for the widow with nine children and no husband to provide her with more. You're setting up a lifetime of misery for any family that follows your philosophy.
