@ Will: To be perfectly fair, my mom taught me to drive the safe and boring way, but every time I drive, my wife or friends or police officers always feel compelled to remind me that I'm not Danica Patrick. Kids aren't robots. They don't always do as they're taught, especially not as teens. Those of us here who are ex-fundies have probably all made our parents sigh and cry on occasion.
That said, Bristol's situation is only fair game in that it demonstrates the real-life consequences of Palin's policies, and what abstinence-only "education" and punitive laws will do to other girls.
