It is official. The Constitution has been suspended.
Martial Law has been declared by Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (before the market fell 800 points). This declaration of martial law is presumably in response to the [manufactured] financial crisis at hand.
This may still be a “secret,” but if Representative Michael Burgess is telling the truth, there are no longer three equal branches of government. The United States is now under dictatorship. The ‘Decider’ is now the Dictator.
I didn’t foresee martial law beginning until after October 1, when this Brigade goes live here in the HOMELAND.
Will there be elections? Only our American Furor has the power to decide now.

It wouldn't surprise me to see martial law in the US right now, realistically. However...
If they declared it, they WOULD tell us, because what is the point of martial law if no one knows you declared it? They would have to tell the police forces and military, and they would tell their families even if it wasn't announced.
That and yeah... Pelosi and Bush hate each other.

This doesn't make sense--Pelosi and Bush have consistently wrangled with each other. Why would she effectively turn over the keys to a chimp?
Granted that Bush is deploying the 1st Brigade of the 3rd Infantry Division on U.S. soil (which violates the 1807 Posse Comitatus law in spirit, if not outrightly), and granted that politicians on both sides have no problems excising Americans' liberties and rights in a piecemeal fashion, it still doesn't prove that we're in a Nazi-style dictatorship.
