I hope Sarah Palin receives a lot of crowns in heaven for all she has had to endure this past year (and will most likely continue to endure)... all because she is a woman, a Christian, an evangelical, a pro-lifer, a mother, and a non-"elitist." She has had to bear the brunt of much hatred simply because of who she is in Christ.

You wouldn't have stopped to even think about it if she was one of the usual suspects in the running for president. This type of mudslinging's been going on for years.

But suddenly since it's someone who's presented herself as a harmless soccer mom it's "BAWWWWWW WHY Y HAET CHRIST STOP BEING SO MEEN TO SAREWUH ;_; ;_; ;_;". Right. And... no, she got slammed because she was woefully unqualified for the position she was in the running to have, not because she's Christian. Obama is Christian too, as much as that must shock you.

You people really need to get over your collective persecution complex. It's very unbecoming and does nothing to promote your point of view at all.

P.S. The term "elitist" really pisses me off, like having half a brain and being well-spoken is something to be ashamed of. Geez. I hate the anti-intellectual movement in this country.

Please, to you people, anybody who can speak well, is well-educated, and actually knows about the world instead of just America is elitist, just like anybody who promotes universal healthcare is a socialist and anybody who doesn't support Bush is a godless traitor. Shut up already.
