Do you realise also that if the speed at which the world turned was out by even just as little as one second then we would very soon have a mix up of day and night and all our seasons etc!
Who causes the sun to rise every day? How the seas know their boundaries - wow!
When did the rest of the animal kingdom agree that we humans should be in charge of the planet?
The questions go on and on for us as creationists.

No, we would simply have developed a time keeping system that takes that into account...Oh wait we already have. Didn't we have to add a leap second this year?

But you creationists don't provide real answers that don't contain "The bible says", so FAIL!
How the seas know their boundaries - wow!
The people who died in Zeeland in the 1953 floods would like a word with you.
When did the rest of the animal kingdom agree that we humans should be in charge of the planet?
Now, please go and explain that notion to a family of hungry lions, I'm quite curious if they will agree with you.
Do you realise also that if the speed at which the world turned was out by even just as little as one second then we would very soon have a mix up of day and night and all our seasons etc!
hmm, you mean like when the sun and the moon can be seen together in the sky ?
Rotation of the earth, the 'seas' are in fucking bowls, they didn't -- we were extremely adaptive/invasive and just took over everywhere.
The questions do go on and on, why don't you ask an "evolutionist" for some answers?
Do you realise also that if the speed at which the world turned was out by even just as little as one second then we would very soon have a mix up of day and night and all our seasons etc!
Stupid.
Who causes the sun to rise every day?
The sun doesn't rise. It only appears that way due to the fact that it's stationary and the earth rotates around it.
How the seas know their boundaries
Gravity.
When did the rest of the animal kingdom agree that we humans should be in charge of the planet?
Ok. Go up to a lion or a grizzly bear, it doesn't really matter which, look them straight in the eye, point your finger at them and say "you listen here, I'm in charge, so you'll do as I say". We'll put that on your tombstone.

Yes, there's tons of questions, and you still don't have any answers.
"When did the rest of the animal kingdom agree that we humans should be in charge of the planet?"
Really? Why don't you climb in the tiger enclosure at your local zoo and start giving them orders then?
Do you realise also that if the speed at which the world turned was out by even just as little as one second then we would very soon have a mix up of day and night and all our seasons etc!
We already do, idiot, by about one quarter of a day per year.
Do you realise also that if the speed at which the world turned was out by even just as little as one second then we would very soon have a mix up of day and night and all our seasons etc!
The earth turned much faster in olden days and did just fine. 900 million years ago, a day was about 18 hours.
Who causes the sun to rise every day?
It doesn't. The earth just rotates it into view.
How the seas know their boundaries
Gravity.
When did the rest of the animal kingdom agree that we humans should be in charge of the planet?
They aren't. Bacteria were here a few billion years before us, and they'll be here a few billion years after we're gone.
"Do you realise also that if the speed at which the world turned was out by even just as little as one second then we would very soon have a mix up of day and night and all our seasons etc! "
I guess someone hasn't heard of the leap second.
"Do you realise also that if the speed at which the world turned was out by even just as little as one second then we would very soon have a mix up of day and night"
Cause we'd still be using the same 24 hour way of counting time *if* it was so bad.
"and all our seasons etc!"
Cause how fast the earth rotates around it's axis is directly proportional to how long it takes it to orbit the sun.
"Who causes the sun to rise every day?"
If the earth rotating around it's axis is a person, then that guy/girl.
"How the seas know their boundaries - wow!"
You mean how does it stay in those big holes in the ground? I think the answer is due to gravity.
"When did the rest of the animal kingdom agree that we humans should be in charge of the planet?"
When *did* that happen? Cause I missed the memo.
"The questions go on and on for us as creationists."
I wonder why.
o you realise also that if the speed at which the world turned was out by even just as little as one second then we would very soon have a mix up of day and night and all our seasons etc!
-No, the days would be a bit longer or shorter
Who causes the sun to rise every day?
-The rotation of the earth
How the seas know their boundaries?
-try gravity it does wonderful stuff
When did the rest of the animal kingdom agree that we humans should be in charge of the planet?
-Around the time we figured out how to make rifles

Well, I believe that was a vote at the United Interspecies Nation.
Dog, being dogs, got the Canine vote, and thanks to concessions from the Ursids and the Mustelidae family, the dogs were able to strong arm the Herbivores into a pro-human vote.
The Cetaceans, of course, abstained, but at least the Felidae said "NYET!"
". . . imagine a puddle waking up one morning and thinking, This is an interesting world I find myself in’an interesting hole I find myself in’fits me rather neatly, doesn’t it? In fact it fits me staggeringly well, must have been made to have me in it!’ This is such a powerful idea that as the sun rises in the sky and the air heats up and as, gradually, the puddle gets smaller and smaller, it’s still frantically hanging on to the notion that everything’s going to be alright, because this world was meant to have him in it, was built to have him in it; so the moment he disappears catches him rather by surprise. I think this may be something we need to be on the watch out for."
-Douglas Adams

Nnnnnno, not really...the days might go a little faster/slower, but you'd have to seriously fuck up the orbit of the Earth or the axis to affect seasons to the extent you claim. Or you can move here to Alberta. Land of Mother Nature's mood swings. All 4 seasons within a week or your money back. :p
Who causes the sun to rise every day? How the seas know their boundaries - wow!
Ugh...the sun rises because the Earth rotates until it's in view. That is all. And kindly explain to the people struck by the Tsunami a few years back, and those devastated by Katrina how the sea knows it's boundaries, please. And you might wanna get ready to run, just in case.
When did the rest of the animal kingdom agree that we humans should be in charge of the planet?
HAH! You tell that lion over there that you're in charge. The only reason we hold any sway is because of our knowledge of tools. Leave us without them, and pretty much anything can kill us. In terms of the animal kingdom, we are remarkably mediocre.
The questions go on and on for us as creationists.
And each one based on one assumption, that without which, it all falls apart. Guess what it is. Go ahead.
Yeah, you do have lots and lots of questions, you creationists.
Strangely enough, we realists don't have those kinds of questions, as we have facts and evidence to explain most things.
Why not join us? Or perhaps you like asking asinine questions day in and day out...
"Do you realise also that if the speed at which the world turned was out by even just as little as one second then we would very soon have a mix up of day and night and all our seasons etc!"
- So, if things were different, then things would be different. Yeah, brilliant deduction lisa.
"Who causes the sun to rise every day? How the seas know their boundaries - wow!"
- Those of us with a second grade education would answer, "gravity."
"When did the rest of the animal kingdom agree that we humans should be in charge of the planet?"
- I tried banishing the ants in my sink, but they ignored my orders. They didn't even acknowledge my sovereignty. I guess they missed the meeting.
"The questions go on and on for us as creationists."
- And the valid answers still elude you.
um, your day would be one second longer or shorter. The year would be different by about 6 minutes.
why do puddles fill the holes they are in ?
Test animal concept. Go to zoo, climb into tiger enclosure after dousing self with a1 steak sauce.
If humans are really in charge nothing will happen, if not you may meet God soon.
If the speed was a bit off, we would have adapted to that speed instead.
The sun doesn't rise; the Earth is spinning.
The seas don't know their boundaries; ask the people in the Netherlands, and survivors of tsunamis.
When we killed them off in the thousands, and they learned that we could kill them from a distance.
An educated ten-year-old can answer your inane questions, Lisa.
Is lisa lee here Gene Ray's daughter...?! XP
...oh, and didn't you know, Gene? Cubes have six sides. There's your 'theory' completely fucked. [/Fridge Logic] [/hyper-smartarse]

'His pattern indicates two -dimensional thinking. '
-Spock (Leonard Nimoy), "Star Trek II; The Wrath of Khan"
The seasons depend upon the earth's orbit of the sun, and have nothing to do with the rotation of the earth. And no matter how long a day is, humans would have defined their time units so as to break it up into convenient chunks. Clocks would still work ...but we would have engineered clocks just a tiny bit differently.
Duh.
Confused?
