I think she's referring to a report that Homeland Security put out earlier this year which stated that right-wing extremist groups, particularly anti-abortion and pro-gun groups, were among the greatest threats to national security and public safety because of their potential for violence. The right-wing (read:FOX News) went nuts about it, saying that the Obama administration was unjustifiably targeting groups that didn't agree with him in order to eliminate dissent, even though a nearly identical report was put out during the Bush administration, warning of danger from extremist left-wing groups. FOX, of course, had no problem with THAT report.
Sadly, shortly after the most recent report warning of potential violence from anti-abortion groups came out, Dr. Tiller was assassinated.

Actually, it's a bit more than that. The DHS report saying that right-wing extremist groups were on the rise was commissioned by the Bush administration. In June of 2009, James von Brunn would shoot a security guard at the Holocaust Museum in DC. Fox News first starts by saying that it's a work of terrorist radical Muslims (with appropriate "Gosh, if only these liberals didn't allow such behavior"). Once it became obvious that the shooter is James von Brunn, he was a Freeper and Neo-Nazi, Fox News turns it into a shooting, rather than terrorist act. Shep Smith actually ends up giving an air-on apology for disregarding the DHS report saying it "was a warning to us all, and they were right."
So, basically, you have a report that warns of right-wing violence on the rise, it was commissioned under a right-wing president, and a right-wing newscaster agrees that it was a true warning after it is proven true by a right-wing shooter killing a man at the Holocaust Museum.
And this fucktard still can't understand it. The level of idiocy involved with this is almost unmeasurable. There's willful ignorance and then there's this. Fuck.
