IIRC, there were two Bosniak divisions and one Albanian Muslim one in the Waffen-SS, so yes, some Muslims did side with Hitler. There were, however, also plenty of Muslim colonial troops fighting for the allies - probably much more given the countries involved, though I don't know the exact numbers.

Actually Godot you're partly wrong, Hitler managed to sucker the Grand Muffi(Basically the Islamic Pope) into endorsing the Nazis to the rest of the Islamic world. It also helped him learn the whole "Blame the Jews for everything" tactic.

Last I recall, the US constitution does not discriminate in terms of religion when it comes to presidency. Even if he is a muslim, it makes absolutely no difference. Everytime I read RR it feels that my brain has been raped. They don't allow difference of opinion on anything they hold dear, a pity as they need it more than anything. Some Muslims fought against the Nazis and were part of resistance efforts, and a lot of the Nazis were Christians.
Also, Muslims have been in the US for a long, long time. Morocco was even the first country to recognize the US as a country. Muslims have just as much of a place in American history as Christians do.
To go with the history fail, if you told someone from Rapture Ready that just after the Obama presidency, there would be a candidate who advocated all kinds of horrific things, was tied to Russian mob and foreign banks, and was compromised by Russia, they would say the same.
