[Note: This is written in the third person, but appears to have been posted by the candidate herself. Cris Ericson is a perennial third party candidate for various elected offices in Vermont.]

Cris Ericson made a "Birther" comment on someone else's blog in June 2008, and then filed her ballot access petition signatures in July to go on the official election ballot in Vermont for Governor and for U.S. Representative to Congress.

It is legal in Vermont to be on the ballot for one State and one Federal Office. In August 2008 she went to the Vermont Department of Motor Vehicles in Springfield, Vermont
to update her drivers' license and was told that her name and social security number did not exist in their computer. She made two trips to Social Security in Rutland, Vermont
and was told that her name and social security number did not exist in their computer.

She filed in Court and filed online Federal Fraud Complaints. Three weeks later, at the end of August 2008, she received a "new" Social Security Card with the EXACT SAME NAME & NUMBER SHE'S USED SINCE SHE WAS 16 YEARS OLD!

DID OBAMA'S 2008 ELECTION CAMPAIGN TEAM HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS? WERE THEY ATTACKING HER FOR LEAVING ONE BLOG COMMENT?
