[RE: Jerry Kane a "Soverign Citizen" who murdered a police officer in Arkansas]
You need to change your title. he didn't kill police they killed him and his son.
Too bad we can't get a straight story anymore there is obviously more to this but the huff simply spun it as anti government crazies attacked the almighty government and were promptly killed and society is safe once again...sigh
Just another patriot who got tired of submiting to forced slavery and decided to fight physically instead of with paper work. We'll probably be seeing a lot more of this in the near future.

Yeah, yeah. You spin it any way you like fella. The fact remains that those two policemen are dead, at the hands of the Kanes. The Kanes are now also dead. A fucking 16 year old boy. Dead. Spout your political ideology all you want, but it doesn't matter to dead children.
Never mind that police video showing the kid bursting out of his car with a shotgun and shooting the two police officers.
You know what, I hope the FBI is monitoring Above Top Secret. Here they are talking about the murder of a police officer like its a good thing and hoping for more. These people are domestic terrorists; in my mind I see little difference between ATS and jihadist forums.
I applaud the incredible courage displayed by the police through their superhuman restraint and exemplary humanity in dealing with the Kanes.
I, an average citizen, would have panicked and accepted the younger Kane as collateral damage before ascertaining he was an active participant.
Right, were enslaved to the Federal Govenment/Zionists/Illuminati/whatever since we the people cannot exercise our Constitutional rights by absolutes in doing whatever we want, whenever we want, however we want. The travesty of it all!
Meanwhile in reality, most people recognize that the constitution can only realistically be applied relatively in order to ensure the rights of everyone. Also, people recognize that, while it a well written document, the U.S. Constitution was written in 1787. This was before events such as the expansion of U.S. territory and the advent of technology such as cars and computers.
The man was an anti-government nut who probably believed that the constitution was supposed to be applied literally and absolutely to people like him, and worse, he pulled his kid into this mess.
I love how all these right-wing militia nuts always claim that we Americans are really just living in slavery. Well if this is slavery, it's pretty damn cushy. I live in a nice three bedroom house with heat, a/c, running water, satellite TV, drive to work in my nice pickup while my wife drives a nice car, and we have a third vehicle at our disposal. We can drive them on well-maintained roads paid for by our tax dollars. I can go to the store and purchase as much food as we need as well as raise our own in our garden. I can also buy any number of neat electronic devices to make life easier or to just simply play with. I can download music from the internet and listen to it on my MP3 player. I can post what I want on the internet and send email without worrying about it not conforming to the official government party line. I can stand on a street corner and shout my political views if I want.
Of course the militia nuts will just say that I'm brainwashed, but having a decent standard of living doesn't mean that I'm not aloof to government abuse of power or funding. Funny how they never seem to acknowledge it when a government official is caught abusing power & removed from office or otherwise fired. No, we're all just living in tyranny.
We'll probably be seeing a lot more of this in the near future.
More dead teenagers? More dead cops?
In the immortal words of William Gibson, "Go lick a dog's ass till it bleeds."
"Sheriff Gene Kelly in Clark County, Ohio, said he issued a warning to law enforcement about Kane in July 2004, after Kane said a judge tried to "enslave" him when he was sentenced to six days of community service for driving with an expired license plate and no seat belt. Kane claimed he was a "free man" and asked for $100,000 per day in gold or silver, Kelly said." - Article from the Huffington post.
What's with these people and a) the absurd sense of entitlement and b) the obsession with gold as currency? Are they really that brainwashed by Glenn Beck's endless shiling?
Confused?
