"Atheist? Just unbelievable! It is beyond me how a child turns out to be this way, when a parent is born again!"
Easy. The child grows up.

How can anyone claim to be "Born Again" when they clearly do not know how to live in the first place ?

We get to see the stupid first hand. The fortunate few go on to see through it.

From what I've seen from RaptureReady I would think, at a certain age all your kids will abadon Christianity. The rampant hipocracy alone must become apparent to them in their teens.
They could switch to the moderate sects but then you Evangelists and Baptists see them as just as bad as Atheism anyway.

Born-again is a very apt (and completely intellectually bankrupt) description of these people, since they all think like children and want every one else to do so as well

Angua for the win right out of the gate.
Couple that with reading the babble at 7.
I read Tom Sawyer that year, too; Much better.
