Hitler was fiercely opposed to abortion - at least for 'Aryan' Germans (part of his 'Lebensborn' policy, as well as 'Lebensraum'; produce as many Germans as possible to fill the space provided by the conquered lands; fuck anyone he considered 'undesirable').

Women who had abortions were subject to lengthy jail terms - and the doctors who performed such were executed.

Consider what would have happened - or more appropriately wouldn't - if she'd hadn't been persuaded?

Kinda blows the whole 'Pro-Life' cause - and it's justifications - out of not just the water, but the entire space-time continuum, wouldn't you say?!

Besides, abortion is legal (and has been since 1973; Roe vs. Wade), so suck it up. And you have to STFU about the issue too. Why? Your own scripture - specifically Romans 13:1-5 - says that you don't even have the right to question Roe vs. Wade. It's the law, and your own 'Word of God' says you must accept it - or go to Hell.

Your God is all for abortion too. Romans 13:1-5 says so. Otherwise, he'd have influenced things so as RvW wouldn't have passed into law in 1973, amirite? So ask yourself this simple question: why didn't he? Ergo, God is Pro-Choice. QED. The fact it exists - and continues legally - is his will. Who are you to question his will?

Do the fetuses really pay taxes in the US?

An abortion in Sweden costs about $50 (the counsellings before is free) and is done at ordinary hospitals or care centers. NOBODY makes any money on abortions, they are just as tax-funded as all other medical care, as the mothers who need abortions are also tax-payers.

Doesn't the morning after pill lose effect if you use it too often? The body sort of gets used to the drug and don't react as much to it?
Which is why you should only use it when you have reason to believe that you have actually become pregnant, or after rapes; just to be sure.

You so realize that Planned Parenthood does more than just abortions?

I've only found numbers from 2008, so maybe the amount of abortions skyrocketed in 2009 and 2010, but in 2008 abortion counted for only 3% of patient services actually provided by Planned Parenthood. Contraception accounted for 35%, STI/STD testing and treatment accounted for 34%, cancer screening and prevention accounted for 17%, and "other women's health services" accounted for 10% of patient services. I'd really like to see where you are getting your numbers. (I got my information from Planned Parenthood itself.)

Planned Parenthood provides much more in the way of contraception than it does abortions. It's clear that they do not want women to get pregnant just so that they can abort the fetus.

In 2008, Planned Parenthood performed a total of 324,008 abortions.

If your number for of 280,000 2010 is correct, that means that the total number of abortions provided by Planned Parenthood has actually gone down from 2008 . . . do you see why this is stupid yet?

Your maths is wrong. Each center would have to perform 350 abortions a year, this is quite an easy number to achieve given that the abortion procedure is actually quite routine and fast.

What I want to know is where they got the 40Mil from. If we assume a rate of 500,000 abortions a year (a bit less than double what was recorded in 2010), that is still 80 years of providing abortions. Now While PPFA has been around for 94 years now, abortions were only made legal in America in 1973. Before Roe Vs Wade abortion was basically illegal in all but 19 states. That's illegal in all circumstances even if the woman's life is in danger. So if we assume that before 1973 PPFA somehow did 1/3 of those abortions it would still leave only 38 years for them to perform 26Mil abortions, That is a rate of 684000 per year. Well over double the reported rate for even high years.

I must be really bored to have done that research and maths.
