There are many ways to suss out the make up of the planets interior that do not require drilling. Wave popagation, seismic measurements, and ground penatrating radar are just a few of the ways. How do you think they find oil? They dont just go around drilling holes completely at random.

It does not advocate abiogenesis or preclude divine creation. In short, the Theory of Evolution has nothing to say about the origins of life whatsoever..
