Regarding the issue of bipolar, I should point out that the idea of "chemical imbalance," whether it be serotonin or whatever, is a theory that has never been proven scientifically or medically. In fact there are many medical facts about the brain and its chemistry that indicate that this is likely not the cause of this bipolar disorder, clinical depression, schizophrenia, or anything else. The fact that some drugs seem to help some of these disorders is actually something of a mystery to researchers. They really don't know why these drugs seem to help. However, regardless, they do not cure the problem. They only depress the symptoms temporarily.
In this particular case, it is quite obvious that there is a demonic problem. Drugs do not make demons go away. Demons would be more than happy to "behave themselves" better if they can make people think that a drug is helping, as long as they get to stay where they are.

He is right that medicine hasn't been able to explain the mechanism of action in many of these drugs, but there is still a pretty good understanding of why they help and what they correct for.
I submitted this, its hard to get a good sense from just one post, but it is a scary thread. They have a child who is mentally ill, and instead of treatment they are talking about whether or not you need to fast in order to be effective at casting out demons.

Gee, the drugs couldn't temporarily correct the theoretical chemical inbalances could they? that might be to logical?
That souns like the christian scientists... (not that they have much to do with science... or christianity,a ccording to the rest of the christian faith).
I think that the medical profession might be getting carried away with antidepressants and such, but if they're monitored carefully, these things can dramatically help someone cope while their body tries to restore order.
I'm no expert, and the situation might be different in the US than it is here, however, AFAIK its not only the medical profession who overdo it with the anti-depressants - some of them prescribe them even if its clearly not necessary, yes, but its also often the case that patients demand them, and few doctors stand their place and tell them that its propably not necessary and that instead the auses (for example fights at home, to much stress at school, etc.pp. Reading to much about politics can also cause this, but theres no real way to change that, sadly...) should be fixed.
My husband's fundy relatives are opposed to a lot of medical treatments, etc. My parents were shitscared when I married him that I wouldn't be able to get an operation or something if I needed it. It's just awful that any parent would even consider acting like this if they could see their child in pain and misery.

The absolute best way for demons to be allowed to "stay where they are" would be to make the possessed person act completely normally. Then no one would ever question whether the person was possessed.
Indeed, it might be even better to make the possessed person voice opposition to demons, to counteract any incipient suspicion. So the more vehemently you speak out against demons, the more likely it is that you are in fact possessed by demons.
Therefore, we can only conclude that mortsmune and other demon opponents are completely and inescapably possessed by demons. The anti-demon front they put up is just that, a camouflage front. And you can't trust anything they say, because it's just the demons talking, trying to keep from being exorcised.
By your logic, why do they act out in the first place? If they just sit tight, and not make any suspicious moves, they stay out of hell, and no one's the wiser.
