Some of the stuff that has been noticed both in and outside of the pyramid once the device (I say 'device' because the pyramid is a working technology.)

There is little to no odor inside the pyramid, as if the air were completely clean.
The air is completely fresh inside the pyramid, or, as my Dad puts it, "as if lightning had been striking moments before."
There is a certain calmness within the pyramid.
The flavor of food is enhanced when left in the pyramid.
The purity and freshness of water is also enhanced when left in the pyramid for some time.
Meditation is much easier within the pyramid.
My sister reports being compelled to breathe in and out as if she were meditating. "I don't know, I just starting breathing." She reports.
A banana peel was left in the pyramid accidentally when performing flavor enhancing experiments. Two days later, the banana peel looked exactly the same, it hadn't rotted a bit.
This is only the stuff I have noticed with my experiments and discoveries within the pyramid. There is so much more to learn and discover about the mysteries, complexities, and intriguing properties of the pyramid.
