[Reference to Hitler]
No matter, if he were running for president of the U.S., I would vote for him!

Y'know, from now on, when a post is so butt-ugly awful, I'm just going to pull a barfing cartoon dog cuz words can't describe my distaste any better.

If he were running for President of the US, you'd soon find out how rose-tinted your views on the Third Reich are.
And for fuck's sake, guys...Mitt Romney isn't comparable to fucking Hitler.
You had Santorum and Perry and Bachman, but your countrymen chose a slightly less bad man instead.
Now please report for mandatory euthanisation for being a racist asshole who posts on Stormfront (lolredundent).
The scary part is, in 1933 Mr Hitler seemed like the nicest candidate.
Without knowing who he was, most decent people today would vote for him.
I personaly would not, simply because I find his pro-corporate stace to be counter to the well being of the workers.
Hitler himself tended to keep his racial fantasys to himself prior to 1936, so a lot of people would be swayed by his pro-family image.
Sorry Percy, I hate (R)Money as much as the next guy, but the Hitler schtick has gotten old and has become such a stereotypical political attack. Aside from there being no real comparison between the two, it hasn't been clever in decades (or at least since The Dead Kennedys had their hit "California Uber Alles").
Not to mention that Hitler's racial fantasies were there for all to see in Mein Kampf. In his speeches, when he often and publicly spoke against Jews. Anybody could buy a copy of Der Stuermer, on sale from 1923. But most of all in the actions of the SA, who targeted Jewish businesses, and caused frequent outbreaks of disorder, street-fighting, hooliganism and vandalism. I don't think anyone voted for the Nazis because they thought they were nice: they mostly voted Nazi (and indeed Communist) because they were scared.
@jonpatriot - you are not even trying to hide that you are a complete Nazi, are you? Please tell that everyone and then tell everyone your political preferences, so that we know which partys and candidates are closest ti Hitler.

It was just, that there was no majority for democracy, it had to be either the Nazis or the comminists. The Nazis just seemed less dangerous to Hindenburg and co. (Well, hindsight...)
- Hitler did not really keep his raving antisemitism secret. His "Mein Kampf" already made that clear.
Confused?
