Q: Why Do Weather Forecasters Need 46,000 Rounds of High Powered Hollow Point Ammo?
A: To eliminate the most vocal of the non-believers in the GloBULL Warming Hoax.

Q: Why Did the Social Security Administration Purchase 174 Thousand Rounds Of Hollow Point Bullets?
A: To eliminate seniors demanding their SS checks after OBOZO drives the US into total bankruptcy.

Q: Why did Homeland Security purchased 450 million rounds of .40-caliber hollow point bullets that are designed to expand upon entry and cause maximum organ damage and then issue another DHS solicitation asking for a further 750 million rounds of assorted bullets, including 357 mag rounds that are able to penetrate walls?
A: There will be a lot of Americans upset if OBOZO steals the election in November and assumes full dictatorial power; they must be silenced.

They have sea police units who have to be equipped against some fishermen who oppose armed resistance and the occasionnal boat owned by drug traffikers.

less penetrability=less risks of accident.

I have a different theory. They do levvy criticisms against him all the time- of course, it's all absolute horseshit, but they don't care, because they think that they are entitled to their own facts. Take the Romney welfare lie, for example. Or his entire campaign, really.

So they have no dearth of things to accuse Obama of, clearly. They are literally only limited by their own imaginations in that regard.

No, I believe that the idiotic and extremely commonplace nicknames, "Obummer," "Obamination," "NObama," "Obongo," what have you, are all just symptoms of their extremely juvenile political structure. To be blunt, they're idiots with idiotic leadership and idiotic ideology, which is looking more and more like a religion. The name-calling is just the kind of thing those kinds of people do.

Really? You're asking why the department that was created in response to 9/11 needs ammo? I would have thought their need was obvious. They're going to go take out all the people that don't believe we landed on the moon as a personal favor to Buzz Aldrin.

Because every DHS member is required to recertify their ability to use a firearm every 3 months, and that means live-fire testing with 3 practice rounds beforehand... which works out at around ~200 rounds per member every 3 months.

Doesn't sound like much? 240,000 members... ~200 rounds a time... 4 times a year assuming no-one fails it and has to retake it... 192 million rounds used for just that per year.

But it gets better... the DHS runs

United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Transportation Security Administration: Responsible for aviation security
United States Coast Guard: Military service responsible for law enforcement, maritime security, national defense, maritime mobility, and protection of natural resources.
United States Secret Service: Yes, THAT Secret Service!
Federal Emergency Management Agency: agency that oversees the federal government's response to natural disasters like earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, forest fires, etc.

That lot uses a SHIT FUCKING TON of ammo every year... I wonder if they might just use all the ammo people are freaking out over on normal fucking stuff?!?
