Obama is not a Muslim nor does he have any Muslim sympathies.
In any case, being Muslim should have no impact on ones qualifications as president.
The increased use of drones carrying lethal ordinance with little regard for civilian casualties or respect for international borders SHOULD be a concern.

This is assuming you can distinguish between "friendly to Muslims" and "placing loyalty to Muslims over non-Muslim Americans," which I'm betting you can't.
