I think you'll find that people are generally able to tell the difference between men and women whether or not they wear pants. But, we know it is certainly true that nonexistent gods, particularly Bible God, have no idea whatsoever. Perhaps men and women in pants are as invisible to Him as He, in all His glorious and nebulous nudity, is to men and women. Maybe Bible God needs to wear a skirt, or pants, or maybe just a loin-cloth? Sorry, didn't mean to frighten anyone.

The first time I ever met my wife she was wearing blue jeans. I knew instantly that she was a woman. If you're really having trouble determining who is a man or woman because they all wear pants, then you have serious problems.
With the idea of "being enticed to lust" I think they do have problems, mainly being frightened of their own sexuality.
