It's odd how God keeps punishing America and usually his punishment hits the Bible belt. I mean, I actually like Obama (as do most people in the "heathen" states) but the Bible belt hates Obama. On top of that, God keeps sending hurricanes and tornadoes to the Bible belt. All of this as he leaves the "heathen" states alone and leaves Europe alone. Although, when Europe was religious God had constant war, disease and famine in Europe. Hmmmm, I'm starting to see a pattern here.

God didn't punish us for forcing women to live as second class citizens for most of the existence of this country...
God didn't punish us for not helping the poor by sharing prosperity or helping the sick by making medical care cheaply and widely available...
