If I were an attorney I would file a political lawsuit against Obama. Why?

Yes he is, so? There is nothing illegal about asking young females voters to support him. The "underage teens" you seem so concerned with cannot register, so they cannot vote. At least not in this election. I don't see what the problem...

17 year olds can't vote, so statutory rape is not being implied .
First time voters would be at least 18, they would be consenting adults according to the logic of the joke.

For starters, solicitation is a criminal charge and as such it would have to be charged by by a district/state/federal attorney's office and not by private attorney, and certainly not by some podunk yahoo who has little to no understanding of the law such as yourself. Further more, solicitation requires a direct and unambiguois promise of money for services rendered, and is completely legal except when applied to prostitution. So unless you have a campaign video with President Obama offering to sleep with every woman who votes fo him you are pretty much fucked.

I get the underage part, he means that out of the young women who will be 18 on election day, there are some who are 17 today.

They struggle with humor period. I've seen the kind of "jokes" fundies like to tell and they're usually either so tame and simple you'd easily be able to find them in a kid's first joke book or on the opposite side of the spectrum (think Free Republic) extremely vulgar and offensive without even a shred of cleverness to them. Now, I'll admit some fundies are funny but generally comedy is far better done by more moderate people.

Not taking into account how your words could be misconstrued (and as long as they are of voting age , it's none of your business who Obama's staff contacts, re. encouraging them to vote , period; and even if they are 17 right now, just one word: Midterms) what you're saying here could be actionable .

Well, Obama won with ads like this. Partially. Also a lot people liked Obama and voted for him. I think the ad was brilliant and wasn't supposed to be taken as Obama wanting you to lose your literal virginity. It's a funny and creative double entendre joke!
