Since the [ID] issue is not yet finally settled through any proper academic debates, the U.S. Judge who gave verdict against the ID simply seems to have taken undue advantage of his legal powers vested in him. [...]
Even on the face of it, Darwin’s theory is very weak particularly in the issue of descent of man from the available species like ape or chimp. For example, the supporters of evolution theory argue that an unborn human child of two to four weeks when it is just a collection of small mass, it cannot be differentiated from that of a mammal. [...]
The scientists now reiterate that chimp is closer to man than ape. They base this assumption on the DNA test.

This whole article is hilarious. Dr. Raj Baldev is described as a "Cosmo Theorist"; does this mean he works with models of heavenly bodies?
;^D
That first sentence quoted above is priceless. To suggest that "the [ID] issue is not yet finally settled through any proper academic debates" assumes that Behe, Dembski, and their ilk have any standing to bring to a scientific debate at all, when they have none! The proper place for such "debate" is in the scientific literature, where ID would be represented -- if it were science, which it is not. For anyone to support ID in a scientific debate would be like bringing a knife to a gunfight -- and a plastic knife vs. real guns, at that.

To statement #1: yes it has been settled in academics circles and that is why ID "scientist" can't get published in peer reviewed, scientific journals. And at two to 4 weeks a human fetus cannot be differentiated from any other vertebrates. Wonder why that is? Wonder if that has anything to do with....a shared ancestry?
"...the supporters of evolution theory argue that an unborn human child of two to four weeks when it is just a collection of small mass, it cannot be differentiated from that of a mammal."
You know, I bet Dr. Raj Raldev cannot be differentiated from a mammal.
And neither can I.
If this guy is a doctor at all (which I doubt), he must be a doctor of theology, or maybe he got his PhD from Clown College. Maybe he was a classmate of "Dr." Hovind.
He thinks man descended from apes or chimps rather than from a common ancestor apes.
He doesn't know that chimps *are* apes.
He doesn't know that humans *are* mammals.
He doesn't know that there are plural forms of chimp and ape.
He doesn't understand what DNA testing is about.
And he misspelled his own name. It should read "Dr. Huge Assbite."

How is it not settled? The Judge did his job as no proof of ID was presented. And no disproof of evolution.
The U.S. judge took advantage of the lack of evidence from the ID side.
Darwin's theory isn't really Darwin's anymore, it has been updated so many times that he would hardly recognize it anymore. The ToE is one of the strongest theories we have. Both humans and chimps ARE apes, and both are mammals. So no; neither chimp nor man is closer to each other than ape, as that is the same thing, stupid. And yes, they base this FACT on the DNA test.
Hopefully he's a doctor of homeopathy and not someone with access to an E.R.
The scientists now reiterate that chimp is closer to man than ape.
Noun: Ape
1. Any of the various primates of the family Pongidae characterized by the absence of a tail, e.g. the gorilla, chimpanzee , orangutan, or gibbon.

Ah, I see. You have no idea what you're talking about.
How's the issue of decent of yellow baboons from the available species like monkey or mandrill?
Are scientists reiterating that cheetahs are closer to leopards than felines?
"Dr" Baldev, if you're a real doctor, then you know how a proper academic debate is done. Present your hypothesis and all your evidence, show the findings of your experiments, describe what would falsify it, and publish it in a scientific journal for peer-reviewing. No ID advocates have ever done this, that's why it hasn't been finally settled.
Confused?
